Why heal? Or train? Like what’s the point?

Am I not fine already? Do I really need to? Well, that Depends...

📷It depends on if you want to live life to the fullest, and enjoy it instead of getting by or worse - sedated.

📷It depends on if you want to fulfill your purpose, your passion and make a difference, or are content with where you are now.

📷It depends on if you want to break generational cycles of shame, bitterness, dysfunction, criticism and negativity that will get passed down to your children and their families. #cyclebreaker

📷It depends on what kind of marriage you want, a fulfilling and fun one, or if you’re okay with mediocre or a divorce. No one waits around that long.

📷It depends on if you believe that you have a place in this world, and that we can only bring change as we change ourselves for the better.

📷It depends on if you can see beyond yourself into abundance that not only blesses you, but those you love and those you know, who need you to show up.

📷It depends on whether you believe you are capable of much more, and want to love God with all your strength, your fullest potential.

It really depends.

But, I doubt any of you don’t want to do all of the above.
